Unsung is a track written for the finale of our Four Storeys show in St Georges Works – an abandoned furniture depository where we made a winter show before lockdown. We made work based on themes of belonging, abandonment and haunting. A sense of place and uprooting. This film takes those themes and places them within the empty spaces of lockdown, when the track was recorded and the imagery filmed. Unsung looks to turn words and feelings into dust and set them free into the air….
